The first day of spring

This week we received some new furniture, so we moved the furniture around a bit. The animals are enjoying the new arrangement!

(Sheba) Wow! My own couch!
(Kobi) Um, not quite!

We also added a cushion to a side table. The cats loved this!

(Bo) Look at all this sun!
(Kobi) You’re right, Bo, this really is comfortable!

Unfortunately, it does not look like spring here where I live.

We’re hoping the snow won’t accumulate too much!

The showdown

Bo: I don’t like to share my cushion.

The sofa chair is also mine (I’m “allowing” the dog to use the chair – this time).

But Kobi and I are best buds when we want to be!

The Cushy Toy

Bo: Oh my stars and garters!

How dare the dog appropriate my bed and toy!

That’s more like it.

Kobi: I don’t care. I’m being pampered between mum and dad!

Big Orange-9

I love Bo and Kobi’s dog. When I get the chance, I like to go under her belly.

Big Orange-3

Bo and Kobi: Yeah, and every time the dog returns from Big Orange’s house, we have to rub our bodies against hers to get rid of his smell! It isn’t fair!

Not all those who wander are lost

Bo: What’s that? You’re going away? Can I come?

Ko: What’s there to be happy about? Will you come back?

The dog: I get to go to mum and dad’s!

And yet, after returning a little over 24 hours later…. No kitty messes! Phew! (I expected to find torn paper all over the house!) Instead, a picture of welcome between Bo and the dog.

And they lived happily ever after!
