It’s snuggle time

Bo: It’s time to disappear under the blanket again!

This is my favorite thing to do!

It is especially great if you have an entertainment center where you snuggle.

Kobi: Is he playing that silly game again??

Quotes of the Day

I like to hear a storm at night. It is so cosy to snuggle down among the blankets and feel that it can’t get at you. (L.M. Montgomery)

I don’t know about you, but I think blankets are the best, especially your own personal blanket. (Laura Marano)

Honestly, I’m living my fantasy. It’s being with my family, preferably on a snowy afternoon with a fire going, cuddled up in blankets, playing a game. (Meredith Vieira)

More on blankets

My blanket

See this blanket? It used to belong to the dog. I have managed to make it my own. In fact, mum wraps me in this blanket when we go to the vet’s. Oftentimes I choose not to leave my blanket when the vet comes into the examination room. It’s much warmer when I’m wrapped in my blanket and stuffed in my mum’s coat that being on that stupid examination table! In deference to my senior status, the vet staff often lets me keep my blanket when they examine ┬áme. I am much more relaxed here on the couch with my blanket than I am at the vet’s. <Yawn.>

Think what a better world it would be if we all, the whole world, had cookies and milk about three o’clock every afternoon and then lay down on our blankets for a nap. (Barbara Jordan)

Love begins at home….

Mother Teresa

Love does begin at home, with me. Do I look like Mother Teresa? After all, I am a saint, and deserving of all love!

Quotes of the Day

Let us always meet each other with smile, for the smile is the beginning of love. (Mother Teresa)

Peace begins with a smile. (Mother Teresa)

Happiness is a warm blanket

My blanket

This is my blanket–no one else’s. Except when mum is taking a nap on the couch, and mum can keep me warm.

Quote of the Day

No one ever died from sleeping in an unmade bed. I have known mothers who remake the bed after their children do it because there is wrinkle in the spread or the blanket is on crooked. This is sick. (Erma Bombeck)
